Stephen Bratton | Founder & General Contractor
Stephen is a Eugene native, an expert finish carpenter, and a highly skilled general contractor. He remains actively engaged in field operations, personally visiting every job site to consult with prospective clients, draft meticulous project bids, and oversee concurrent residential and commercial developments. Dedicated to operational excellence, Stephen works tirelessly to mentor the next generation of tradespeople, ensuring every project meets the rigorous standards of perfection that define the KB Construction NW brand.
Nikki Bratton | Director of Operations
Nikki joined the company in 2010, leveraging her academic background in business administration and interior design to accelerate company growth. During her six years in the field, she managed complex project timelines, developed interior designs for commercial tenant infills, and directed crews to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery. Today, Nikki directs all corporate operations. Her comprehensive portfolio includes strategic brand management, financial oversight (AP/AR and payroll), human resources, and the implementation of advanced systems to optimize workflow and maintain strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
